How it started: nine bots in a week, then back to one
I started with one Grok Bot and a rule that the work would tell me what bots I needed. Within a week I had a team of nine, each with one job and written anti-jobs. On October 30 I deleted all of them and handed the build log to one bot, HQ. These are the rules worth keeping.
